Gammon Infra fixes Oct 27 as record date for stock-split

The company has already received approval of the shareholders for the sub-division of each Rs 10 share into five equity shares of Rs 2 each. Shares of the company closed at Rs 102.55, marginally up from the previous close on the BSE.
