Globsyn plans to spread wings

Kolkata-based Globsyn Business School (GBS) is planning to increase it national and global footprint.GBS plans to set up five new campuses within India and its first international campus within the next 3-4 years. At present, GBS has two campuses in India, one in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, with 800 students across all courses. Singapore and Malaysia are being considered for the international campus. GBS is looking at a total capacity of 4,600 students across all its seven campuses. GBS recently entered into a three-year academic collaboration with the University of Evansville for an executive MBA programmme as part of its global connect initiative. The details of the course structure and fees are yet to be worked out. We want to make it as affordable as our other courses, informed Dasgupta. GBS is also looking at developing an integrated under-graduate programme for getting both an undergraduate degree and MBA all inclusive. The details were yet to be worked out, he added.
