Indian women have a bigger share of the corner office

Eleven per cent of 240 large companies — Indian-owned as well as multinational, private as well as state-owned — have women CEOs, according to a study carried out by executive search firm EMA Partners. Godrej Industries signs MoU with group companies

The MoU is subject to all the parties obtaining appropriate corporate and statutory permissions/consents to execute the definitive agreements inter-se and the company obtaining appropriate shareholders’ approval.
