Markets sideways; Nifty up 22pts

The markets are now exhibiting sideways movement, after initial volatility. The NSE Nifty is now at 4,546, up 22 points. Ambuja Cement, ITC, Cipla and ONGC have shed 1.5-2% each. The Sensex is now at 15,311, up 80 points. The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,193 stocks, 1,447 have advanced and 670 have declined so far.
